The goal of this mod is to expand upon the vanilla game in every aspect, overhaul all vanilla biomes, the Nether, the End, and add brand new late game features without striving to far from Vanilla.

NovaCraft expands vanilla survival with a more challenging, exploration-led progression while keeping its additions within the existing Overworld, Nether, and End. It overhauls world generation, making biomes more varied in height, shaping mountains, plains, and deserts more distinctly, deepening oceans and rivers, and revising ore distribution to reward cave exploration; these generation changes can be disabled in the configuration. Underground exploration brings sculk growth, lichen, mushrooms, stalagmites and stalactites, five kinds of crystal geodes, and dungeons such as Sculk Geos and Advanced Dungeons, alongside sculk-infested mineshafts in mountain biomes. The Overworld also contains Vindicator settlements where wearing a Vanite Crown makes Vindicators neutral and allows trading, as well as abandoned forest houses, underground Deep Temples, desert Creeper Statues, and swamp Slime Statues. The Nether adds dangerous encounters and dungeons, including Deepoid Fortresses with Deepoids and Ionizatiors, Blazing Serpent dungeons, and Infested Bastions. The End is a hostile exploration realm with new flora, trees, ores, and blocks, plus threats such as the Ender Ray, Void Entity, Nullifier, and Deep One; rare islands and End resources also feed into later progression. Progression centers on finding resources and crafting equipment to face the summoned Warden, then confronting the Prisoner through a sequence involving the Ancient City’s portal and repairing its cracked deactivators; other bosses include the Deep One, the Bloviator, and the Crimson Dragon. The mod adds practical goals and systems beyond combat, including rituals for rare materials, structures that let players duplicate many kinds of ore, a Legendary Enchantment Table for high-level enchantments, and a multiblock Iridium Furnace that triples ore output. New creatures range from cave-dwelling Monitors and hostile Creakings to biome-dependent frogs, while cave and Nether flora can also be gathered for stews with special effects.
Written from Modrinth , CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
Adds 369 blocks, 282 items, 70 entities and 122 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include NovaCraft in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 2 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 4 points.
