Move herds of livestock from horseback by riding around them.

Ranchcraft turns horseback riding into livestock stock-working, letting players herd and steer animals through mounted pressure and positioning rather than whistles, tools, menus or commands. Animals form temporary, loosely grouped herds that follow nearby herd members, and riders can drive them by approaching from behind, steer them from the sides or scatter them by riding through the group. Livestock have distinct responses: cattle are steady, sheep stay tightly grouped, pigs are awkward to steer, chickens scatter readily, llamas resist light pressure, and horses are fast and sensitive. Riders can cut an individual animal from its herd by moving it toward the edge, placing a horse between it and the group, and holding the separation; adults are easier to leave behind, while a herd may turn back for a separated baby. Position relative to an animal also controls its movement: riding behind encourages it forward, approaching from the side turns it away, and getting ahead of its point of balance can slow or redirect it. Multiple riders can work together without assigned roles, for example by driving from behind while another rider holds a flank or keeps the main herd from following an animal being cut. A full server-side configuration adjusts herd formation, spacing, pressure, movement speed, scattering, cutting, precision handling, cooperation between riders and species-specific behavior. Optional integrations support livestock and horse entities from Genetic Animals and Realistic Horse Genetics without replacing those mods’ genetics, breeding systems or native behavior.

Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
