Redstone Control 2 is a compact automation and circuit-building mod that uses microblocks, four times smaller than regular blocks, to fit complex systems into tight spaces. Its circuit components include standard logic gates such as AND, OR, NOT and XOR, arithmetic and comparison operators, bit manipulation, and more specialized parts such as Schmitt triggers, SR latches, multiplexers, counters and memory. Microblock cables carry up to 32 logical channels, while converters connect the mod’s internal redstone system to vanilla redstone; switches, lamps, a 7-segment display and text labels can be used to build control panels. The mod also adds microblock-based item and fluid transport, with signal-controlled Item Translocators and Fluid Pumps, filters, buffers, and connections to inventories, fluid tanks, dropped items and fluid blocks. An Automatic Crafter follows a signal-controlled slot pattern, allowing circuits to coordinate crafting chains, while Block Breakers and Item Users automate harvesting and block placement. Remote block interaction lets these devices act beyond the block directly in front of them: an Interaction Pipe Driver reaches the end of its controllable pipe, while a Random Block Access Controller targets blocks within a marked cuboid region using supplied coordinates. These systems can be used for projects such as remote crop farms and quarries, and a wireless Block Interaction Transmitter can connect an on-site setup to equipment elsewhere. Energy-dependent devices draw from connected storage, with Solar Panels as the mod’s built-in generation option and an adapter for using Forge Energy from other mods. When the limited-crafting gamerule is enabled, the Redstone Research Lab tests player-built circuits and unlocks circuit-component recipes as players demonstrate their functions, progressing from basic redstone toward more advanced operations.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 8 blocks, 76 items, 86 recipes, 35 advancements, 1 loot table and 3 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
