Explosive underwater creepers add new dangers to ocean adventures.
44.1 of the 71 points that apply = 62 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Sea Creeps adds water-dwelling creeper variants to make oceans more dangerous and provide an alternative source of gunpowder. Its variants include Sea, Chill, Warm, Scorched, Deep, Sandy, and Swamp Sea Creeps, with habitats spanning ocean and deep-ocean waters, cold and warm oceans, deserts and badlands, and swamps; Scorched Sea Creeps can appear when a Sea or Warm Sea Creep passes over an underwater magma vent. The creepers are scared of cats and axolotls, and can drop heads that are craftable into wall-mounted trophies; the mod also adds 12 decorative head and trophy blocks. Three new explosives use Sea Creep gunpowder: Wet TNT briefly lays down water and is half as powerful as regular TNT, Frozen TNT creates a small packed-ice wall, and Scorched TNT is more powerful than regular TNT. Fisherman villagers sell Wet and Frozen gunpowder, and the mod is compatible with Biomes O' Plenty and Alex's Caves, including additional Sea Creep habitats in those mods' biomes.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 19 blocks, 33 items, 19 mobs, 17 recipes, 14 advancements and 8 loot tables.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
One of its files for recent versions cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download it from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 2 of its 3 files we read
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
