Skeleton Uprising expands vanilla skeleton encounters with two rival factions: the Skeleton Army and the Skeleton Occult Opposition, whose members attack one another when they meet. Its new mobs include the shrieking Wailing Skull, the long-range Rattler, the armored Skeleton Warrior, laser-firing cyborg Cyberbones, the potion-throwing Skeleton Alchemist and the powerful Bone Golem. The S.O.O. adds forest-dwelling Corrupted Skeleton archers, plague-inflicting Plaguebones and Cursebinder casters, while the Emperor Skeleton III and the Revenant General serve as major foes with distinct attacks and summoning abilities. Players can summon the Emperor Skeleton with an Old Crown, call the Revenant General through a Suspicious Ritual, or use Skeleton War Banners to trigger multi-wave raids with rewards; an elite banner starts a tougher raid. Drops from these enemies feed into a range of equipment, including the Rattler-crafted Spinewhip, the Plaguebone-inflicting Plagueblade, the Bone Golem’s Staff of Summoning and boss weapons such as the Obsidian Greatsword and soul-absorbing Soulblade. Scrolls add further combat options: Arrow Storm fires a spread of recoverable arrows, while Soul Absorption grants escalating lifesteal and regeneration effects as the player defeats mobs. Dark magic equipment can backfire, with the Occult Scarf and Runed Band helping stabilize its use; the Tome of Cursebinding can inflict curses on nearby targets, while the Tome of Flesh may summon friendly zombies or turn against its user.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 3 blocks, 46 items, 17 mobs, 25 recipes, 10 advancements, 11 loot tables and 8 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
