About
Smarter Contraption Storage is a Create accessory mod that makes storage on moving contraptions more controllable, letting you manage individual containers and use containers that Create does not ordinarily support. Supported storage includes Storage Drawers, Functional Storage, Sophisticated Backpacks, Trash Cans, and Create Toolboxes; backpacks can use their Magnet and Refill upgrades, while Toolboxes can supply items to replenish the player's hotbar. Contraptions can also use supported fluid containers, with bucket-like items able to deposit fluid into the contraption's fluid storage unless that behavior is disabled in the configuration. The mod can allow contraptions to use AE networks, a feature disabled by default, and provides a controller block for changing how actors and containers operate. Create's Ponder tutorial explains how to use the mod's controls.
