The Cat Dimension adds a cat-themed realm and related structures, blocks, armor, and items to Minecraft. Begin by finding TheCatKing’s Castle in the Overworld’s Plains, where the Cat Staff can be used to light the portal to the new dimension. The castle also appears throughout the Cat Dimension, alongside the Cat Tree, a climbable structure with two variations that challenges you to reach its top. Exploration of the castle can yield the Crown, found in three pieces and worn as a helmet, and the Robe, worn as a chestplate and granting slow falling. The mod adds Catstone and Catslate blocks, plus the Mew, a castle block that meows when clicked. Catnip from the dimension gives cats effects including regeneration and speed for one minute; it can also be made into a Catnip Cake that can be fed to a cat seven times before disappearing.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 5 blocks, 8 items, 1 biome, 1 dimension, 4 structures, 1 painting, 9 recipes, 10 advancements and 7 loot tables.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
