Adds an infinite maze dimension.
8.6 of the 61 points that apply = 14 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
The Maze World Mod adds a dimension built around one vast, seemingly endless maze that can also serve as a way to travel, though finding the right destination is part of the challenge. Use a Maze Transporter or Maze Locationeer on the ground to travel into or out of the maze; the Locationeer shows the landing point in its tooltip, and destinations are randomized within superchunks. The maze’s biomes change its materials and hazards: examples include the Dungeon and Stronghold mazes, a flooded maze, an ice maze, a rainbow wool maze, and the Peaceful Maze, where only animals spawn. Other themed areas include the Withering Maze, based on Nether fortresses; the Ender Maze, with end stone, obsidian pillars, crystals, and Endermen; the Forest and Swampy mazes, with spiders or slimes and witches; and a Village Maze with buildings and Money Stealers. The Cave Maze has stone surroundings and scattered ores, while the rare Precious Maze is made from coal, lapis, redstone, iron, gold, diamond, and emerald blocks. Modded variants include a Lucky Maze made entirely of Lucky Blocks and an OreSpawn Cave Maze, where a rare find can be an intact Queen spawn egg; maze ores and storage can also draw on ores from supported mods such as Applied Energistics 2, Forestry, Thaumcraft, Tinkers’ Construct, and Mariculture. Mini Ender Dragons spawn in the Ender Maze, and Mini Withers spawn in the Withering Maze.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.10.2.
Adds 2 blocks: Carpet Light and TNT explosive chest; 3 items: Maze Locationeer, WIP Item Package and Maze Transporter.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.10.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.10.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
