The Taxman (R.E.P.O.) adds a horror-themed loot-and-extraction challenge: players craft an extraction point to enter three structures with different difficulty levels, gather loot, and collect two stacks of iron ingots and one stack of iron nuggets to leave. The Taxman can appear with a jumpscare and demand a requested item; players have a limited time to pay, or he attacks by summoning exploding minions and fake Taxmen. The structures are inhabited by enemies with distinct behaviors, including group-roaming Gnomes, a duck-like Apex Predator that turns hostile when touched or hit, flying Spewers, stationary Shadow Children, and ceiling-dwelling Peepers that punish players who keep them in view. Other threats include Mentalists that levitate and slam players, exploding Bangers, knife-wielding Chefs, chest-raiding Rugrats, wind-blasting Bowties, invisible Hidden creatures that carry players away, and Upscreams that launch them into the air. Higher-tier enemies include the blind, sound-sensitive Huntsman, the laser-shooting Clown, the fast Headman, the short-sighted Reaper, and the Robe, which attacks with a scream and unsettling ambient noises. Killing monsters can yield orbs, which players trade with the Hunter for a gun and ammunition or, if needed, an extraction point.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
