A tougher adventure with world goals, dangerous traps, and dungeons.
7.6 of the 51 points that apply = 15 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
The “You Will Die” Mod adds roguelike-inspired challenges and rewards to Minecraft through world goals, hazards, character abilities, and stronger exploration incentives. Each world has a disadvantage and a goal; completing the goal removes that disadvantage and assigns a new goal, with seven disadvantages and two goal types to discover. Players begin with a blessing and can exchange it at world-generated pillars; some blessings provide active abilities, and powerful level-five hostile mobs can also receive blessings. Three kinds of traps appear around the world and are normally visible only while sneaking nearby; players can try to disarm them, craft and place their own, or encounter them placed by dispensers. Exploration includes more frequent dungeons and above-ground dungeon towers with spawners and chests, while mystery potions can be found in dungeon loot or dropped by mobs. There are 13 mystery potions, including a wildcard; drinking one permanently reveals its effect for that world, and colorful mystery mushrooms growing in existing mushroom patches can be used to make specific potions. Weapons and armor receive random ranks that affect their damage or damage reduction, while fighting particular mobs and using particular weapon types builds knowledge that improves damage over time.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2.
Adds 3 blocks, 4 items, 1 entity and 1 sound.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
