Adds coins, keys, waypoints, and chests for custom maps.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Tolkien Tweaks began as a collection of items, blocks, and functions for TolkienCraft modpacks, providing map-making features that can also be used in other packs. Map makers can build reward systems with copper, silver, and gold coins, token items, and lockable chests whose inventories are stored in matching keys, allowing multiple players with their own keys to claim the same rewards. Five key variants work with keystones, which can be disguised as blocks, hidden until the matching key is held, and configured to emit a redstone signal as a pulse, toggle, or timed signal. Milestones provide per-player teleport points that can be named and used for cross-dimensional travel, while their inventory interface shows the selected destination and cooldown. Other configurable blocks include camouflaged spawners that can randomly spawn multiple selected entities, plus smokers that can resemble other blocks and produce colored smoke. Additional utilities include a fluid block that can create an infinite source from a bucket, camouflageable glowstone, and Palantir and gold ring items that transform when thrown into lava. Coin pouches and key rings automatically collect their respective pickups, and a configurable chat-command feature can trigger commands when players enter specified words or phrases.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Adds 9 blocks, 12 items and 2 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player name
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Sent to sessionserver.mojang.com.
Only some of its files send your player name.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
