tomCraft is an ambient Minecraft mod that brings back small touches of old-style magic while adding practical items and blocks to a modern world. Its additions include Mineral Ore that drops Nether Quartz, Ender Lolly plants that grow Ender Pearls, and Thunderburl, which provides Blaze Powder. Windwalker blocks, stairs, and slabs grant a brief speed boost when stepped on, even beneath carpet or a pressure plate, while the Anklet of Speed increases walking speed when worn. For fuel and resource handling, the mod adds Tiny Coal and Tiny Charcoal, a Charcoal Block that burns longer than its ingredients, and the MoleRes, which converts seeds and saplings into Tiny Charcoal and has directional hopper input and output. The Punji Trap damages entities that stand on it without destroying items that touch it, and the Magic Lantern illuminates a 16-by-16-block area. Amber equipment includes a sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe; the hoe can switch dirt and farmland, and the pickaxe and axe can place a torch or oak sapling when used on a block. The Book of tomCraft documents the mod, and a simple wand used on a bookshelf grants the book.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
