Tower of God brings elements of SIU’s manhwa into Minecraft, centered on Shinsu, a magical water that flows through its world. Players learn Shinsu techniques by defeating Mentors who specialize in them, then perform each technique using a movement pattern documented in guidebooks dropped by Regulars, Rankers, and Mentors. Techniques have individual Shinsu costs and cooldowns, and some have additional guidebook-listed requirements. A Clicker assigns each player a Shinsu quality based on their recent activities rather than at random; some techniques respond to that affinity, such as Manifest, which forms the quality into an item for utility or combat. Regulars, Rankers, and Mentors spawn naturally: Rankers and Mentors are normally passive but retaliate when attacked, while some Regulars that spawn in darkness are aggressive. Defeating Shinsu users with greater skill raises the player’s Shinsu control, tension, and resistance, while defeating a Mentor also unlocks that Mentor’s specialized technique. Craftable Lighthouses and Observers provide utility and can be used in combination with Shinsu techniques; Lighthouses store items, emit light, and can be ridden, while Observers highlight visible entities. The mod adds three weapon types with distinct uses: fast, lower-damage Needles; slow, heavy-hitting Hooks that pull enemies closer; and throwable Spears with standard weapon stats. Suspendium is a new material and ore found at higher elevations in the overworld.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
