About
Vivid Birds adds a range of bird mobs to Minecraft, with species suited to different environments and behaviors. Lyrebirds can imitate sounds, including startling noises, and can be bred with melon seeds as pets with individual sound collections. Ostriches inhabit savannas, provide feathers, leather, and meat, can be ridden with a saddle, and defend themselves when provoked. Vultures scavenge meat and may attack weakened characters, inflicting poison or weakness, while penguins live in cold regions, love fish, and can provide food. Sparrows sing in forests and can be fed breadcrumbs, seagulls live around beaches and oceans and may drop fish, and shy kiwis spawn at night in dense biomes, can be bred with seeds, and sometimes drop melon pieces.
