A zombie infection turns creatures into dangerous undead walkers.

Walkers reshapes Minecraft’s undead and nighttime gameplay around a two-stage infection system: hits from most undead have a chance to infect entities, and infected creatures can reanimate as undead when the infection runs its course or they die early. The undead roster includes Walkers, Rotters, Biters, Variant Walkers, Zombie Pigs, and Zombie Cows, with individual Walkers varying in strength and speed as Fresh, Weak, Strong, or Rotted types. The Wasted biome is an undead-filled landscape with a decaying environment, while Survivors are passive group-living mobs that help attack the undead in villages and the wild. Walkers and enabled zombies do not burn in daylight, and the undead attack villagers, Survivors, players, pigs, cows, and horses; Zombie Pigs and Zombie Cows also attack chickens. Infected skin and flesh can infect players when eaten, and Walker Flesh Clothing lets its wearer blend in with horses. The mod replaces vanilla Zombies and Zombie Villagers with its new undead types, adds custom walking, sprinting, attack, and death animations, and includes seven advancements.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block, 16 items, 7 mobs, 7 other entities, 1 biome, 5 recipes and 7 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
