WitcherCraft brings Witcher-inspired combat, crafting, equipment, and monsters into Minecraft, letting players build a monster-hunting playstyle around magic Signs, alchemy, and specialized gear. Its five Signs are Yrden, which slows enemies in a trap; Quen, which absorbs damage; Igni, which ignites foes; Axii, which stuns; and Aard, which knocks opponents back, with casting ordinarily limited to one Sign every 45 seconds. A portable alchemy menu lets players brew potions for buffs, apply oils to swords for extra damage against particular enemy groups, and craft throwable bombs that can damage, poison, burn, freeze, blind, or clear effects around clustered foes. Examples of its concoctions include Cat, which grants sight in darkness, Swallow, which accelerates health regeneration, Insectoid Oil, which targets insectoids, and Northern Wind, which freezes enemies on explosion. The six Witcher school armor sets each encourage a different approach: Cat improves damage and movement speed, Bear trades speed for resistance, Wolf strengthens bombs, Viper boosts oils, Manticore extends potion duration, and Griffin reduces Sign cooldowns. School gear requires diagrams found in chests or obtained from villagers, adding an exploration step to crafting the sets. Exploring the world can bring encounters with hostile Drowners, Rotfiends, Foglets, Bruxas, Graveirs, Higher Vampires, Wraiths, Nekkers, and Bandits, whose loot provides materials for alchemy.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Adds 152 items, 9 mobs, 16 enchantments, 98 recipes and 3 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
