About
Zylty’s Charms adds eight elemental charms that give players passive or semi-active abilities and effects for exploring, fighting, and surviving. Their powers include the Wind Charm’s immunity to fall damage, the Water Charm’s underwater regeneration, the Frost Charm’s slowing aura, the Flame Charm’s ability to ignite nearby mobs, the Strength Charm’s extra power at low health, the Shadow Charm’s invisibility while sneaking, the Venom Charm’s poison immunity and poisoned attacks, and the Gale Charm’s short dash. Players craft charms from essences and common vanilla items, collecting those essences from Phantoms for Wind and Gale, Drowned, Guardians, or Elder Guardians for Water, Strays for Frost, Blazes or Magma Cubes for Flame, Ravagers for Strength, Endermen or Witches for Shadow, and Cave Spiders for Venom. A Charm Scroll provides a small inventory for carrying up to three charms, and the mod includes gamerules to adjust essence drop rates and whether charms are kept after death.
