A team-based shooter with guns, cash, and bomb planting.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 4 graded mods, 0 are graded A or B, 2 C and 2 D to F. Its last update came out 6.1 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Counter Block: Cube Offensive is a modpack for recreating a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive-style experience in Minecraft. It combines Vic’s Modern Warfare for guns and ammunition with the Good Ol’ Currency Mod, which provides money for buying guns and grenades. Cosmetic mods such as Bibliocraft are intended to complement a custom map, alongside mechanics including command blocks and a scoreboard for play. BetterFPS is included to help the pack run on slower computers.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 11 Sep 2020). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 22 Oct 2018 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 5 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Its mods send nothing about you
We read the code of all 5 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
