A Zombie Apocalypse Modpack
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 44 graded mods, 33 are graded A or B, 8 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 5.6 years ago, for Minecraft 1.16.5. See the mods
The Walking Dead Apocalypse is a survival-focused modpack designed to recreate the atmosphere of *The Walking Dead* while keeping gameplay close to vanilla Minecraft. It adds guns, survival traits, and a wide variety of zombies, including walkers that continue spawning at night and do not burn in daylight. Exploration takes place across two preset maps and additional world-generation types, with cities, abandoned houses, highways, and dungeons to search for food, guns, medicine, and other supplies. Players must scavenge and find a safe place before the first night, when large numbers of walkers can appear.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 30 Mar 2021). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 43 of its 44 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 6 of the 40 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
4 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
