About
Bits & Tweaks is a resource pack that refreshes vanilla Minecraft’s textures and models with practical and visual changes while keeping a familiar, vanilla-consistent style. For building and exploration, it adds varied block textures for materials such as wood, dirt, stone, moss, bricks and terracotta, connected bookshelves, clearer water, a brighter Nether, shorter grass, and less obtrusive rain and snow. For combat and survival, it reworks commonly used armor, tools, weapons, rods, Ender Crystals and Golden Apples, and includes a hunger preview, a brewing guide, alternate enchantment glint, lower fire, and smaller shields. Redstone-focused changes include directional hoppers, observers, droppers and dispensers, visual note-block pitches and honey stages, and clearer power-level and sticky-piston-side details. The pack also updates visual details across the world, including distinct axolotl buckets, banner patterns, melon and pumpkin stems, infested stone and waxed copper items, animated campfire items, a 3D sun and moon, and shader-equipped panoramas. Mob and creature changes include cooler Enderman and Ender Dragon textures, emissive Drowned, a bat rework, varied wolves, cows, chickens and pigs, distinct sheared sheep, and reworked cow and mooshroom models. Additional touches include HD paintings and shield banner patterns, colorful enchanting-table particles, red iron-golem flowers, a Minecraft title treatment, and a Technoblade Never Dies splash text.
