Color Me Outlines 2 is a resource pack that lets you change the color of the outline around the block you are looking at, without requiring other mods. With the optional Respackopts mod, you can adjust outline color, transparency, and width through in-game settings; alternatively, those options can be edited in the pack’s configuration file.
