Doggy Talents Next X New Wolves is a resource pack that adds Minecraft 1.20.5 wolf breeds and exotic variants from Doggy Talents Next and Doggy Talents Next Plus as selectable skins for trained dogs; it requires Doggy Talents Next. To choose a skin, sneak-click a trained dog, open the Style tab, and select Skins; the additions appear at the end of the list and can also be found using Search by Tag. The skins can be used on servers with Doggy Talents Next, but the pack’s custom appearance is visible only to players who have installed it; other players see a classical wolf.
