About
Dynamic Boats is a resource pack that gives boats a more physical, animated presence in the world. On water, boats bob, pitch, and roll with their speed, lean into turns, and react with dips and splashes; on land, they wobble when they land and scrape or jerk when rowed while beached. Sails raise and fold automatically, with rippling cloth, swaying masts, and ropes that follow their movement, while paddles use enhanced rowing animations and settle into varied idle poses when unridden. Boarding, dismounting, and taking damage cause brief rocking and bumps, and unridden boats sway when nudged, tilt toward nearby players, and vary slightly in their timing and motion. The pack includes chest boats and gives all 18 boat and chest boat items 3D models, with water-patch models that keep hulls seamless against the water. Options let players use custom boats with animated sails, custom boats without sails, or a performance mode with no animations.
