About
Fast Better Textures is an optimization resource pack intended to improve performance while keeping Minecraft’s familiar vanilla and PvP appearance. It replaces high-load textures of 8× resolution and below, removes unnecessary particles and animations, and suppresses crystal-explosion particles. Its rendering changes include removing clouds and grass and providing clean water and lava, alongside changes to some blocks, items, and other visuals. The pack is suited to PvP modes such as CPvP, SwordPvP, and UHC, as well as vanilla play and PvE.
