Low Fire is a resource pack that makes Minecraft’s flames less obstructive while retaining their familiar warm glow and animation style. It reduces the first-person fire overlay to a subtle, transparent flicker at the edge of the screen and shrinks fire on blocks to about 10% of its usual size, with softened edges. Matching low-profile blue flames are included for soul fire and soul campfires, helping keep enemies and the surrounding scene visible during PvP, screenshots, or ordinary play. The pack works through texture replacement, has no performance impact, and can be used without mods alongside other resource packs.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes 3 block textures (Fire and Soul fire) and 8 models.
Adds 2 block textures.
Block textures are mostly 8 by 8 pixels. 5 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
