Luster is a 16× resource pack designed to give Minecraft a calm, immersive feel while adding building-friendly textures. It retextures many blocks and major items, with animated textures and distinct textures for doubled slabs; the gallery also shows plants. The pack uses LabPBR materials, including reflections, normal maps, height maps, and emissive details on some textures, and works without mods or shaders, though LabPBR-compatible shaders can bring out those effects.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes 2,000 block textures, 554 item textures, 384 mob and entity textures, 99 armor textures, 250 interface textures, 62 particle textures, 933 models and 43 other files.
Adds 58 block textures, 59 item textures, 60 mob and entity textures, 7 particle textures and 83 models. In OptiFine's formats: 1 connected texture.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 94 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
