Marvelous Tridents is a collection of optional resource packs that turns Minecraft’s trident into iconic throwable weapons from Marvel. The available replacements include Captain America’s Shield, Mjolnir, Stormbreaker in horizontal- and vertical-spin versions, and Thunderbolt; each option also changes the trident’s English name to match the weapon. The packs replace trident models, textures, and sound effects, and animate the trident entity, with animations on some weapons. Only one of the weapon packs can be active at a time, and some replacements, such as Stormbreaker, may reduce performance. The resource pack requires support for custom entity models, available through OptiFine or compatible alternatives such as CEM or CIT Resewn with Custom Entity Models.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes 1 item texture (Trident), 2 mob and entity textures (Trident and Trident riptide) and 1 core shader file.
Adds 1 mob and entity texture, 2 other files, 15 sounds and 1 language file. In OptiFine's formats: 1 entity model.
Textures are mostly 128 by 128 pixels.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
