McAlive:Leaves is a resource pack that adds animation to leaves, with one version varying animation speed by height and another keeping it consistent at every height. In the height-based version, leaves higher up animate faster; the pack requires Continuity or OptiFine. An optional LeafyLeaves add-on is also available, though it may affect performance.
