Morrowind SFX Overhaul is a Minecraft resource pack that replaces applicable game sounds with sounds from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, bringing that game's audio into Minecraft. Its replacements cover attacks, selected items and blocks, weather, caves, water, lava, and interface sounds, with extensive mob audio for creatures including zombies, blazes, skeletons, drowned, phantoms, villagers, and pillagers. The pack also provides sounds for specific interactions and actions such as rowing boats, throwing eggs and potions, equipping mount gear, and villagers being infected or beginning a cure. Additional coverage includes vaults, chests, portals, challenge-complete notifications, Nether and underwater ambience, and the sounds of newer creatures and mounts such as nautiluses, zombie horses, and camel husks.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
Adds 545 sounds and 14 language files.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
