New Faithful Overlays is a resource-pack addon that uses connected textures to add seamless transitions and overlays to the official Faithful texture pack, helping blocks blend more naturally in builds. Its connections cover planks; stone bricks and mossy stone bricks; end bricks; grass, mycelium, coarse dirt, clay and soul soil; sand and red sand; and brick-to-cobblestone transitions. It also adds overlays between obsidian and netherrack, crimson nylium or warped nylium, plus snow overlays and bookshelves matched to plank types. Regular and stripped logs have connected-texture layouts for both 2×2 and 3×3 arrangements. The pack is designed to be layered over the official Faithful texture pack; connected textures require OptiFine, or Indium and Continuity when using Sodium.

Changes 29 block textures and 30 models.
Adds 45 block textures and 40 models. In OptiFine's formats: 79 connected textures and 1 other file.
Block textures are mostly 32 by 32 pixels.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
