About
Novik Pack adds model and texture tweaks for Minecraft builders, especially those creating medieval or fantasy builds, while aiming to preserve the vanilla feel. It refreshes garden and landscape details with flowers, sunflowers, crops, taller wheat, bushier leaves, and varied grass, including cattails in swamps, fallen leaves in dark oak forests, and distinctive tall grass in flower forests. Builders also get a revised look for diorite and polished diorite, framed glass and other glass textures, connected block textures, and overlay textures; some connected and overlay effects require OptiFine. Note blocks with different instrument types have distinctive crate-like textures, with tune levels also contributing to the variations described in the gallery. The pack adds bookshelf variations and turns double wooden slabs into vertical versions of their corresponding full blocks. OptiFine also enables unique custom item textures.
