Private's Skies is a resource pack that gives many biomes a semi-realistic, fantasy-inspired refresh through changed sky and fog colors. Its palette varies across familiar landscapes: for example, Mushroom Fields gets a purple tint to both sky and fog, while Badlands and Mesa are also shown with distinct sky and fog colors. Sky color changes cover biomes including deserts, jungles, swamps, forests, taigas, snowy plains and Ice Spikes, as well as several Badlands variants. Some biomes also receive cloud-color changes, including cherry groves, the Deep Dark, deserts, jungles, swamps, Badlands, Mushroom Fields and savannas. Fog effects add further variation, with denser fog in Pale Gardens and subtler effects in swamps and jungles, the swamp fog being slightly thicker. The pack requires the Polytone mod to work.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
Adds 27 other files and 4 language files. Also has files for 1 other mod: Privateyt.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
