Blade of Miquella is a PvP-focused resource pack that redesigns the textures and models of many items and blocks, with visual changes extending beyond PvP. It adds custom animations for the Totem of Undying, Golden Apple, Enchanted Golden Apple, and Ender Pearl. With OptiFine, the pack also provides a custom sky; its item textures, models, and animations work in vanilla Minecraft without OptiFine. For Minecraft 1.16.5, it includes a specially redesigned GUI.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes 120 block textures, 78 item textures, 3 mob and entity textures (Elytra, Enchanting table book and End crystal), 12 armor textures, 27 interface textures, 42 particle textures, 83 models and 12 other files.
Adds 11 block textures, 19 item textures, 1 armor texture, 17 interface textures, 1 particle texture, 61 models, 17 sounds and 252 language files. In OptiFine's formats: custom skies, custom colors and 1 other file.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 20 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
