A PvP pack that clears your view and makes items smaller.

PvP Essentials is a resource pack that tidies Minecraft’s visuals and makes details useful in player-versus-player combat easier to read; it can be layered over another pack while leaving that pack’s textures in place. It reduces the size of items, including held items, food, and totems, and makes totem-pop particles smaller. The pack removes several visual distractions, including nausea distortion, vignette, pumpkin blur, and fire overlays, and reduces particles such as explosions, flames, and splashes. Red outlines mark hazards such as powdered snow, tripwires, and infested blocks, while two-pixel-tall fire and soul fire improve visibility around them. Players’ held items and easier-to-see invisibility particles reveal useful combat information, and square shadows help show where players are standing. It also removes nametag backgrounds and heart blinking, displays enchantments and effects with Latin numerals, and cleans up hitboxes by making them white and fading them with distance.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes 9 block textures, 22 interface textures, 59 particle textures, 28 models, 4 core shader files and 4 other files.
Adds 8 block textures, 5 models, 1 language file and 2 core shader files.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 2 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
