Rainbow Enchantments is a resource pack that gives enchanted items a scrolling, rainbow-colored glint and changes the XP bar from solid green to a rainbow gradient. The glint’s rainbow effect does not work in Minecraft 1.12 and earlier, while the XP bar change still does.
