Older sounds and textures bring a retro feel to your game.

Retro Sounds and Textures is a resource pack that recreates some of the sounds and visual style of older Minecraft versions. It removes ambient Nether sounds and changes sounds for netherrack, netherbrick, basalt, tuff, and tuff bricks to regular stone, while crimson and warped wart and stem sounds become leaf and log sounds, respectively. The pack updates raw iron, gold, and copper item textures and gives all ore textures, including deepslate ores, an older-style appearance. It also removes the Java Edition logo, restores a more pixelated Minecraft logo, and brings back the pre-1.13 panorama.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes 17 block textures, 3 item textures (Raw copper, Raw gold and Raw iron), 3 interface textures, the main menu background, the splash texts and 13 models.
Adds 2 block textures and 268 sounds.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
