RPGAmbientMusic is a Minecraft resource pack that enriches exploration and play with environmental sounds and a fantasy soundtrack tailored to different places and moods. Its ambient layers include birdsong and calls from crows, owls, wolves, crickets, cicadas, frogs, parrots, and seagulls, alongside wind through forests, deserts, and mountains, layered rain and thunder, and waves along shores and oceans. Caves and underground areas gain low drones, hollow echoes, dripping water, lush-cave ambience, and deep-dark resonance, while underwater spaces have a quieter submerged soundscape. Footsteps have distinct textures across grass, gravel, sand, snow, stone, deepslate, dripstone, and sculk, and the pack also adds subtle sounds for some creatures, item pickups, and interface buttons. Its curated music varies across forests, jungles, deserts, meadows, snowy heights, caves, oceans, the Nether, the End, and the dragon’s final domain, with separate treatments for menus and creative play.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
Adds 197 sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
