About
Smoothcraft Vanilla is a 16× resource pack that gives Minecraft’s blocks, mobs, items, and other textures a more defined look through simple borders, saturated colors, and stronger contrast. Its textures cover a wide range of familiar content, including polar bears, husks, strays, iron golems, food and tools, armor, ores, and blocks such as concrete, glazed terracotta, and nether brick. Some blocks have randomized visual variations: the pack includes multiple cobblestone and mossy-cobblestone textures and models, along with variations for crafting tables, flowers, and sandstone. It also reworks details across the interface and world, with changes to fonts, menus, maps, clouds, rain, and animated water and command blocks. The pack is designed to run on both slower and faster computers, while some conditional custom item textures require OptiFine or MCPatcher.
