The One Who Watches Cave Whispers is a resource pack that gives vanilla Minecraft caves a horror atmosphere by replacing ambient cave sounds with whispering sound effects from The One Who Watches mod. The sounds are adjusted slightly in volume, do not play about 30% of the time by design, have no cave-sound subtitles, and can also be heard in the Nether.
