VertexVirtual is a lightweight, near-vanilla resource pack that refines combat visuals for Crystal PvP and sword PvP, aiming to keep the screen clearer during fights. It reduces the visual footprint of totem activations, swords, held items, and inventory items, while smoothing textures and minimizing particles, including crystal and anchor particles, to reduce clutter and improve visibility. These targeted changes are intended to support smoother performance, particularly in high-action combat or on lower-spec systems, without broadly changing Minecraft’s appearance.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes 237 block textures, 174 item textures, 76 mob and entity textures, 19 interface textures, the main menu background, 16 particle textures, the font and 11 other files.
Adds 58 block textures, 58 item textures, 47 mob and entity textures, 13 armor textures and 1 painting. In OptiFine's formats: custom colors.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 9 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
