DarkExtremeShader is a lightweight shader that makes unlit areas nearly pitch black, turning nights and caves into extremely dark environments for horror scenarios or hardcore survival. The recommended standard version has no customizable settings and does not include dynamic lighting, so handheld torches will need an external dynamic-lights mod to illuminate the surroundings.
