Soleron is a performance-conscious shader that gives Minecraft a warm, cinematic atmosphere while retaining its familiar look, with lighting effects and visual controls adjustable from the in-game menu. Its soft, distance-sensitive shadows have adjustable softness and sampling, while stained glass, leaves, and other translucent blocks can cast colored shadows; backlit leaves and tall grass also scatter sunlight for a warm glow. Volumetric light shafts appear through trees, windows, and overhangs, including subtle moonlit rays at night, and height-based fog and drifting dust motes add atmosphere to landscapes and darker spaces. For image finishing, Soleron offers dual-pass bloom, exposure and saturation controls, and six tone-mapping choices: Reinhard, ACES, Hable, Lottes, Uchimura, and AgX. Chromatic aberration, film grain, lens flare, vignette, and depth edge fringe can each be tuned or switched off individually.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes how the game looks: 15 shader programs, the dimensions are not stated in the pack. Draws its own shadows, sky, clouds and weather.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a shader cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A shader has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
