About
Vivid Horizon is a lightweight shader pack that retunes Complementary Reimagined and Complementary Unbound to enhance Minecraft’s visuals while keeping its familiar style. It adds dynamic lighting, soft shadows, natural ambient light, vibrant colors, atmospheric skies with rendered sun, moon, and clouds, and improved fog and distance effects. Water and block reflections, colorful sunrises and sunsets, and enhanced darkness shape the look of scenes from forests and nights to the Nether and End. The pack offers Potato-to-Ultra presets as well as VIVID_PERFORMANCE and VIVID_BALANCED profiles for choosing a performance and visual-quality tradeoff.
