About
Cobblemon Improvedmon adds alternate Pokémon evolutions and forms that change abilities, stats, types, or moves, giving selected Pokémon new combat roles while often making only modest aesthetic changes. Its roster ranges from Golurk Gear Guardian, evolved when Golett learns from a Klink, and Sneasel Dreadful Claw, which evolves after learning Triple Axel, to combat-focused forms such as Granbull’s Greatestbull and Golisopod Fallen Ronin. Other additions include the wild-only Dark/Psychic Highyena, Grass/Fire Sunglarer, Ghost/Electric Dusknoir Tesla, Fire/Steel Magmortar Eternal Forge, and Bug/Steel Scolipede War Mount. Some evolutions use distinctive conditions: Sunflora becomes Sunglarer with a vanilla flower pot, Chinchou evolves into Water/Electric Lanturn Kullat at level 30 on a new-moon night, and Crabominable becomes Fighting/Ice Crabbuki after using Swords Dance 20 times and visiting an ice spikes biome. Ledibolt branches into cannon and shield modes according to the Ledian’s nature, while Ariados becomes the Bug/Ghost Ariaskull through a trade evolution; the collection also includes Kricketune’s Bug/Normal evolution Krichestra. The listed roster also reworks Electabuzz into Electric/Fighting Electivire Raijin and Salandit into Poison/Dark Salangster, each with its own evolution condition and ability set. Some models and animations reuse or modify assets from the original Cobblemon mod, and the addon is compatible with Cobblemon: Ride.
