Cobblemon is an open-source Minecraft mod for collecting Pokémon, building a team, and exploring a Pokémon-inspired world within Minecraft. Players can catch more than 800 Pokémon, track sightings and catches in a Pokédex with a scanning feature, and progress through battles that grant experience, unlock moves, and lead to evolutions. Battles use the Pokémon Showdown! engine, include competitive mechanics, and can be played with free movement so players can build, mine, or fight Minecraft mobs while battling; multiplayer supports trading and battles with friends. Pokémon can roam in pastures or be ridden for travel, while move relearning, choosing when to evolve, and physically fleeing battles add mechanics inspired by Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Powerful Alpha Pokémon are larger, stronger, and more aggressive than regular Pokémon, and can be caught or defeated for rewards. The world also offers Pokémon-focused exploration, including fossil dig sites where fossils can be excavated and revived, ruins with Gimmighoul-related loot, mini dungeons with trial spawners, and habitats that serve as special Pokémon spawning locations. Village Pokémon Centers provide healing machines and useful supplies, while village berry farms grow biome-dependent berry trees. Players can gather and cultivate berries, mulch them for bonuses, cross-breed them to produce new varieties, and brew medicine from crops and berries, with brewed potions offering stronger healing. Custom Pokémon variations and fakemon can be added through data packs and resource packs, and the mod supports biome projects including Terralith, Oh The Biomes You'll Go, and William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player ID
Sent to sessionserver.mojang.com and an address built while the game runs.
Only some of its files send your player ID.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
These projects do not work together with Cobblemon: their authors or Cobblemon's author say so. If you install both, the game can crash or some features can stop working. Some of them do the same job as Cobblemon, so you only need one.
