Cobblemon: Team Rocket adds Team Rocket-powered Shadow Pokémon to Cobblemon, with the Charmander line currently included. Shadow Pokémon have higher attack power but lower defense, and giving one a Shiny Stone frees it from the power of evil. They are not obtainable through normal means, so players need a custom spawn file or another way to obtain them.
