About
Apples+ expands food options with more than 100 custom apples, many of which provide distinctive effects when eaten. The apples cover a broad range of uses: crop apples plant crops as the player walks, the wheat apple breeds nearby animals, the bucket apple refills with lava, water, or milk, and the minecart apple lets the player ride minecarts. Other examples include the binding and undying apples, which provide keep-inventory-like and undying effects while their potion effects last, and the vanishing apple, which clears inventory on death while active. Most apples use a simple recipe with one apple surrounded by eight materials, and a Patchouli guide explains their effects and the new crafting ingredients. A configuration file lets players enable or disable mod features, including loot-chest modifiers.
