    About

    Automining is a client-side mod that lets you continue mining while Minecraft is in the background, including behind pause or inventory screens, making it useful for block streams such as cobblestone generators and tree farms. It can repeatedly mine blocks in front of you, optionally attack entities, and swap between tools of the same type or select the appropriate tool for the material. Its configurable options include mining range and speed, protecting tools from breaking, choosing whether to break blocks that need no tool, and locking mining to the initially targeted position while you look elsewhere nearby. Automining can also maintain a chosen hunger level using food from the hotbar or offhand, with options for eating golden apples and enchanted golden apples. The mod is controlled through an in-game menu; automatic attacking is enabled by activating it while sneaking. Because its automated mining and attacking may be treated as cheating or botting, check the rules of any server before using it there.
