About
Better Combat Punchy Fix is a client-side compatibility mod that prevents weapons from rendering twice in first person during Better Combat attacks when Punchy and certain shader pipelines are in use. It suppresses Punchy’s first-person rendering only while Better Combat’s attack animation is active, preserves the Better Combat animation, and resets Punchy’s temporary pose state after the attack so Punchy continues to work outside that animation. The fix does not alter combat mechanics or server behavior and can be used on vanilla or modded servers.
