    About

    Better Slimes expands Minecraft’s slime encounters with new variants that appear in different places and offer distinct challenges. Blue, red, yellow, and purple slimes spawn broadly and range from easy to very hard; black slimes appear in caves, jungle slimes in jungles, ice slimes in snowy biomes, sand slimes in dry biomes, and spectral slimes in the End. Other variants include Nether-dwelling haunted slimes that act like wither ghasts, iron and gold slimes that resist knockback, and rare knight slimes described as henchmen of the King Slime. The King Slime can appear randomly near a player each night, with its chance configurable, and the mod also adds five colored slimeballs that function as vanilla slimeball variants.
